A founding director of Intro, Michael is a strategic recruitment expert trusted by clients and candidates alike. Michael has experience working for both international and boutique recruitment agencies. During this time, he managed highly successful white-collar, trades and labour hire teams, specialising in placing civil infrastructure and construction roles. Michael’s professional experience is bolstered by a degree in human resource management from Queensland University of Technology and several years spent working on construction sites. He knows what it takes to get your best team together, on time and to budget.

Brendan is an experienced blue-collar recruiter specialising in the power and utilities, civil construction, mining, and oil and gas markets since 2005. Starting his career at a major international recruitment firm, Brendan was responsible for establishing a highly successful construction and civil labour hire team. He also led a large maintenance and labour hire division, at another major agency, establishing himself as a market leader in his field. As a proud founding director of Intro, Brendan is passionate about partnering with candidates and clients alike to deliver quality outcomes, adding value where it’s most needed.

Lyndon has specialised in the construction, infrastructure and property industries since the beginning of his career. He has experience recruiting for commercial, residential, retail and development markets across the state. As a result of his success as a consultant, Lyndon progressed to lead the Queensland white collar construction, property and engineering team at his previous, internationally-renowned employer. Highly regarded in the industry, Lyndon prides himself on his understanding of the local construction and infrastructure market and his ability to meet the unique challenges facing his clients.

Richard is a highly skilled recruitment specialist with 20+ years’ experience providing high quality recruitment solutions across Australia and the UK. He has a wealth of experience working within the building and construction, mining and energy sectors and has achieved significant success with talent pooling, remote recruitment, mobilisation and on-boarding. Richard has extensive connections within the commercial construction industry, having 15 years’ experience offering innovative recruitment strategies. A dedicated, personable recruiter, Richard’s clients describe him as credible, down-to-earth and committed to achieving positive outcomes for both clients and candidates.

Jesse is a recruitment leader with more than 10+ years’ experience at one of Australasia’s leading recruitment and workforce solutions agencies. Well-connected in the power and utilities, civil construction and mining markets across the east coast of Australia, Jesse brings to Intro a wealth of experience in recruiting for some of the most sought-after blue collar roles the industry has to offer. His extensive connections and contacts coupled with his strong leadership skills mean his team always delivers excellent levels of service as rated by both clients and candidates. Sean's experience as a recruiter, coupled with seven years' working as a tradesman, means he has top-down and bottom-up understanding of the construction industry in Queensland. Degree-qualified in business management and a trade-qualified carpenter, Trent is well-placed to recruit for Intro’s Trades, Labour and Maintenance team. He has worked both onsite for major projects, as well as in-office as a business development manager for one of Australia’s leading concrete cutting and core drilling contractors.
