We actively source our candidates through advertising, candidate referrals and job service providers. We also have an extensive database of suitable candidates who have expressed interest in particular roles or industries, who we can propose to you.

Candidate interviews

After candidates are shortlisted, we meet with them to discuss the role and their competencies. We also request proof of their qualifications and undertake reference checks.

Client interviews

Candidates are then presented to you for a formal interview. Before meeting with you, our candidates will be fully briefed on the role and your expectations; and each candidate will be an appropriate fit for your company culture.

Employment offer

Successful candidates are given a letter of employment and will complete necessary paperwork and inductions or training prior to commencing work with you.

Ongoing management

We regularly check in to make sure both you and your new employee are pleased with the arrangement.
